Hi Anna 🙂 Thank you for today’s meditation. That was single handedly the most important guided meditations I have probably ever done, And I’ve done a good amount. Not only did it relate to the current climate feels, but more from long seeded traumas that have, overtime, shaped and created my beliefs. As you went through those affirming beliefs, I found myself to realize that I do not believe them at my core level. Nonetheless, I am now on a journey to having those beliefs that I am so worthy of. Thank you for everything you did for me and my inner child.✨ I want to learn those affirming statements and repeat them to myself everyday so that I can begin to rewrite my subconscious.

I am pleased to write a review about my healing session with Anna. It actually came unexpectedly as I entered a clubhouse room that Anna was leading. I was in quite a bit of pain but wanted to listen in on her remote scanning and healing session. Within a minute or so of entering the room, which was filled with many people, Anna stopped and said 'I’m sorry but I just got the intense pain in my solar plexus, let me get a drink of water.' As soon as I heard her say that, I wondered if she was tuning into my stomach pain. I had been having serious ulcer issues for nearly seven weeks, I had seen a doctor and had several tests run. I was on medication but not getting any better. I sent her a message saying… 'Hey Anna, I think it’s me, and my tummy affecting you.' She hadn’t realized I was in the audience. Anna finished working with the guest and said to the room, I am so sorry but if you all don’t mind I need to bring Gina up and see if I can help give her some relief. She took me through a series of breathing exercises and then asked my permission to scan my body. She scanned me and shared what she felt was going on. Anna spoke healing into my body as I repeated the positive affirmations and allowed her to clear the root cause of my stomach issues and then downloaded new truths (belief programs) into my mind, body and spirit. As we were going through the healing process I began to actually feel relief in the moment. Anna explained that it would take 3 sleep cycles for the full effect. Over the next three days I continued to feel better and better. It was such a welcomed relief. I cannot say enough about what a gifted woman Anna is! She is the most gracious, loving, generous, kind, selfless woman. She is so caring and sensitive towards each person she engages with. I am blessed to have met her and been a recipient of her healing gifts! ❤️
